SHIPPING:

We love to fulfill + Ship your orders quickly! All orders placed on Monday-Friday ship out the next day. If your order is placed on a weekend, then your goods will be shipped two days after. 

Each order receives a shipment notification email that includes tracking information.

RETURNS:

Due to the handmade nature of Clay , Resin & Wood  (each piece is individually made), please allow for slight variations to your piece from the photos. However, we gladly accept returns and exchanges -- no questions asked.*

Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery at the email address below and ship items back within 45 days of delivery. If you'd like a refund rather than store credit, please allow up to 1 week for the refund to be issued. 

*For our Sales We Unfortunately do not accept any returns. All Sales are final.

CUSTOM EARRINGS:

We would love to eventually take custom orders, but we are currently not. Check back for any updates on this!

CARE:

Everything is handmade and created in batches. Our earrings are made of clay , resin and wood and super light on the ears. Clay , Resin and wood are very durable but should not be bent or it could snap.
Do not wear in water. If anything gets on the earrings, clean with a damp cloth and small amount of acetone.
Store in a clean dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

To clean jewelry that has brass in it , you can either buy BRASSO or A lemon can also be combined with baking soda to clean brass. Cut a lemon in half, remove the seeds and then dip it or sprinkle it with a generous portion of baking soda. Give the brass a good rubbing with the lemon coated in baking soda, and then rinse it with warm water.
